GAME ONE (MSU DENVER 21-15)
The Thunderwolves took an early 1-0 lead in the second inning, but the Roadrunner bats came alive, scoring four runs in the third and then adding 11 in the fourth to give them a 15–4 lead. MSU Denver would score six more runs over the final five innings to record their fourth 20-run game on the season.
During the high-scoring affair, Easton Amundson hit two home runs to help the Roadrunners take the lead. Amundson now has 25 round trippers on the season, tying former player and current assistant coach Matt Malkin for the Roadrunners single-season home run record.
Andrew Biddle, Cam Yuran and Royce Vandine also contributed to the scoring with their own home runs, while Erubiel Ortiz hit two out of the Rawlings Field.
Nolan Livsey earned the win, as he went 4.2 innings, allowing nine runs on 11 hits while striking out four batters. Livsey is now 8-1 on the season.
GAME TWO (CSU PUEBLO 17–12)
