INDIANAPOLIS – The No. 11 men's basketball team falls to fifth in the South Central Region of this week's D2CSC Division II Media Poll.

The regional poll is released every Monday, followed by the national poll every Tuesday. Each region has six representatives (two per conference) that comprise the regional poll. The national poll has 16 voters, two from each region.

The Roadrunners fell to Regis at home and to the Colorado School of Mines on the road this past week, dropping their first two conference games of the season. They now sit at 14-4 overall with an 8-2 record in the RMAC.

The Orediggers dropped one spot out of first place in the regional rankings after losing to Regis University last Saturday. Fort Lewis and Regis are tied for eighth.

Head coach Dan Ficke and his squad will be back home this weekend, as they host New Mexico Highlands on Thursday night before welcoming in the Skyhawks from Fort Lewis on Saturday afternoon. Get your tickets to watch your nationally-ranked men's basketball team at RoadrunnersAthletics.com/tickets.
