The reigning RMAC softball Player of the Week, Alexia Boring, drove home the game-winning run for the Roadrunners in the fifth inning on a line shot to right field. She recorded the only-multi hit game for her squad going 2-for-3.

Cheyenne Prieto had a quality start for the Roadrunners in game two, going five innings allowing three runs on seven hits. She improved to 10-2 overall with the win.

Jenna Medhus led MSU Denver on the offensive side of things, going 2-for-2 with a triple, three RBIs, two walks, and a three-run homer to end the game on a run rule in the fifth inning.

Mike Berg went 1-for-2 with a two-RBI double and a sac fly. Hannah DiFabio went 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBIs, and a walk.

GAME ONE
The Thunder Wolves opened the scoring on a fielder's choice after reaching base on a fielding error, going up 1-0 after one half inning.

Jaden Geist tied things up with an RBI single to right to score Katie Maney

After three scoreless innings from both sides, it was Boring who broke the tie, slapping an RBI single to right for a Roadrunners 2-1 lead at the end of five.

GAME TWO
CSU Pueblo once again scored in the first frame, this time on a bloop single behind short.

DiFabio put the Roadrunners in front in the second inning with a two-RBI double. Boring brought home run no. 3 for MSUD on a fielder's choice. Berg added on two more with a double of her own, making it a 5-1 in favor of the Roadrunners.

The Thunder Wolves hit a solo shot in the fourth to make it a 5-2 game. Berg put MSU Denver back up by four the next inning with a sac fly to left.

Maney shot a single into left in the fifth to make it a 7-3 game in favor of the Roadrunners. After another run, Medhus hit a towering three-shot to close the game out, an 11-3 final in five innings.
