@MSUDenverSB: Roadrunners Earn Spot in NCAA Tournament, Will Face Off Against UT Tyler

DENVER -- The MSU Denver Roadrunners softball team has earned an at-large bid in the South Central region for the Division II NCAA Softball Tournament, and will take on #1 seed UT Tyler Thursday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. MT.

DENVER -- The MSU Denver Roadrunners softball team has earned an at-large bid in the South Central region for the Division II NCAA Softball Tournament, and will take on #1 seed UT Tyler Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. MT. 

The Roadrunners ended the season with a 41-15 overall record and 34-9 in RMAC play. They went 2-2 in the conference tournament this last weekend with wins over Black Hills State and CSU Pueblo and losses against Colorado Mesa and UCCS. 

This is the first time the Roadrunners have clinched a spot in the NCAA Tournament since 2016. 

MSU Denver gets in as the final team as the no. 8 seed in the South Central region and will face off against the no. 1 seed UT Tyler on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. MT.
