Elizabeth Pugliano, senior instructor of visual arts, CU Denver: History, Practice and Pedagogy: Empathic Engagements in the Visual Arts, an anthology co-edited by Pugliano, explores historical, practical, and pedagogical empathy through works of art. Dennis Rudnick, assistant professor of elementary education, MSU Denver: On how “divide and conquer” strategies operate in the U.S. public education system. Sandy Guinn, professor of art, CCD: My Sketchpad, her recently published resource to help students overcome barriers to extemporaneous drawing and creativity.

Spring 2025 Cap and Gown Pickup, held over two days, is an event serving graduating students who will be attending the Spring Commencement Ceremonies. When ordering regalia, student have the option to select a 'campus pick-up option', as opposed to a home delivery option. Students who select the campus pickup option will pick up their regalia at this event. Additional Commencement ceremony information and some fun free giveaways will also be available, so you won't want to miss out!
