Calling all faculty, staff, part-time employees, and student workers who are military members, veterans, or family members thereof! We’re excited to invite you to be a part of our new Veterans and Families Affinity Group. This group is designed to foster networking, share resources, support our veteran students, engage in community service, assist transitioning service members, and help recruit transitioning military members to MSU Denver. We’d love for you to join us as we work together to build a supportive community. Whether you want to attend in person or virtually via MS Teams, your involvement will make a difference! The LGBTQ Student Resource Center invites all LGBTQ+ identified CCD, MSU, and CU-Denver Fall graduates to our Lavender Graduation ceremony. Graduates who attend the ceremony will receive a stole and certificate, as well as dinner with your chosen loved ones. Graduates who cannot attend have the option to pick up their stole from the center. Please consider nominating a student, staff/faculty, or campus organization for our Lavender Advocate awards and complete our RSVP/Pick-Up form to learn more. The BFA Thesis Exhibition is the pinnacle of the education of MSU Denver’s Studio Art and Communication Design students. Graduating students present their thesis work in a gallery exhibition at Center for Visual Art, Metropolitan State University of Denver (CVA), offering students valuable exposure to the broader local arts community. The BFA students embrace this opportunity to express their conceptual, aesthetic, and philosophical ideation through a cohesive body of work. These diverse works offer a chance to see MSU Denver’s emerging art and design talent.
